There is a Mr greek in Whitby Canada...Its a brand new location its going for 800k and the rent is about 17000 a month...its right of the high way 401 and its in a plaza where other 6 bar and grills are located...there is an amc theater, gym, and other few more stores...there is no mr greek near there...so please reply me suggestions thankz..
