I need help finding a recipe for this?

I had a salad in a restaurant when i was in L.A. last year. it was near westwood next to the AMC theater.

It had sliced avocadoes, tobiko (flying fish roe), lettuce and a bit of cucumber strips, and also a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Im looking for the salad dressing recipe...

its A WHITE salad dressing

it was sweet

it was kinda watery and NOT THICK.

HELP ME OUT! FIND ME THE RECIPE!

I need help finding a recipe for this?mr messed up

it was probably a White Miso dressing.

juice of half a lemon

quarter cup of seasoned rice wine vinegar

one tablespoon of white miso

one tablespoon of honey

sea salt and fresh pepper

half cup of grape seed oil

tablespoon of dark sesame seed oil

in a large bowl whip all ingredients except oils, together

while whisking, drizzle oil in whip like a mad person until all oil is blended. garnish with roasted sesame seeds.

Use only white miso. other kinds of misos are too strong in flavor.

I need help finding a recipe for this?getting late opera theater

the salad dressing is probably ranch
It sounds like a Tahini dressing. Here's one Tahini based recipe. Try it and if it's not what you want google for others:

1 clove smashed garlic

Salt

2 lemons

tablespoons sesame tahini

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 cup extra virgin oil

Add 4 cups of mesclun (mixed greens)

1 cup mixed lettuce

Rub the inside of a wooden salad bowl by pressing 1 clove smashed garlic with a pinch of salt. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Add juice from 2 lemons and 2 tablespoons sesame tahini, 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup extra virgin oil until well blended. Add 4 cups of mesclun blended with 1 cup mixed lettuce and toss.
Do you recall the name of the restaurant? If so, they may have a website. The site may include descriptions of menu items or at least contact info. so that you can email or call them for a recipe.

If you don't remember the name, you can get a # online for the AMC theater at that location, call the theater and ask them for the name of the restaurant nearby, then look up the restaurant's # and call them.

If they don't wanna give you their recipe, just tell them you're from out of town and that you'd be their best customer if you lived there, so "Pretty Please!"
